Where can I buy Oliverse?

Oliverse can currently be bought online at the oliversefoods.com website for consumers. For the food service and restaurant industry, we are working on developing a distributor network. Contact us for details.

Is Oliverse shelf stable?

Absolutely. It is shelf stable in the jars, at room temperature,  for up to two years. In the vacuum-packed pouches for food service, it is good up to a year, unopened . After you open Oliverse, please refrigerate it. 

Can Oliverse be served hot or cold?

Certainly.  Oliverse  is great right out of the jar, on its own, or with a cracker, chip   piece of bread. But you can add it to a sauce, salad, sandwich or steak with impunity. All experimentation is rewarded. As we say, OLIVERSE adds taste texture and Tang to any food. Make it your own.

We have several posted on the website. We welcome you to create your own. Please submit photos and ingredients. The best ones may be posted.

How spicy is Oliverse? How does it taste?

The classic version of Oliverse is delectable, but mild. The spicy version definitely adds a kick but is not "five-alarm-chile" hot.  Add a little less or more to your food, depending on your tolerance or preference for spice. Either version gives your food a great,  extra crunch because the vegetables are farm fresh and locally sourced from our farms. That is, except for the olives. The last time we checked there weren't too many olive groves in North America
